Booking Conditions
Deposits
A 20% deposit of the total booking value is required to confirm all bookings.Final Payment is due 30 days prior to tour for day tours and 60 days for extended trips. Full payment is required at time of booking for all bookings made inside 30 days of tour.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing and can be via e-mail (info@topendbarrafishing.com.au) or by letter. No cancellation will be accepted unless received in writing
Day Tours
- Bookings Cancelled outside 30 days incur a 20% charge of booking cost.
- Bookings Cancelled between 30 - 15 days incur 75% charge of booking cost.
- Bookings Cancelled inside 14 days incur 100% charge of booking cost.
Extended Tours
- Bookings Cancelled outside 60 days incur a 20% charge of booking cost.
- Bookings Cancelled between 60 - 30 days incur 75% charge of booking cost.
- Bookings Cancelled inside 30 days incur 100% charge of booking cost.
Travel Insurance
We strongly suggest that you take out
travel insurance, especially for extended tours.
Ensure this insurance covers you for involuntary cancellation
of your holiday including airfare(s).

the Travel Insurance Direct banner below.
